One very lucky ticket holder in Virginia has officially won the $348 million Mega Millions jackpot from the Friday, June 28 drawing—marking one of the largest lottery wins in the United States this year and the biggest in Virginia’s history.
The winning ticket was sold at E & C VA, Inc., a convenience store located in Burgess, Northumberland County, about 80 miles northeast of Richmond. The retailer will also receive a bonus for selling the ticket that matched all five white balls plus the Mega Ball.

The numbers drawn were: 13, 25, 50, 51, 66, and the Mega Ball was 6.
The Megaplier for this draw was 5x.

Virginia’s Biggest Jackpot Ever

Lump sum: An estimated $155 million cash payout (before taxes).
Federal taxes of 24% and Virginia state tax of 4% will be withheld. That still leaves the winner with a life-changing amount of money and the opportunity to make history.
Winners in Virginia have 180 days from the date of the draw to claim their prize.
